Shelter Me Fund The Animal Welfare League of Frederick County (AWLFC) is pleased to announce the formation of the "Shelter Me" Medical Fund for Dogs. The purpose of the fund is to assist with the costs of canine medical care at the Frederick County Animal Control Center and Shelter. By working together with the public and the shelter we can make a difference in the lives of the animals of Frederick County.
